Handling Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note that order processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT – London time) or on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery times start after the order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧

  • 5 – 12 business days

  • Deliveries: Monday to Friday

  • Free shipping on all orders

International Shipping 🌍

We ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • France: 6 – 10 business days

  • Germany: 6 – 10 business days

  • European Union (other countries): 7 – 14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

 

Shipping Fees

  • United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders

  • International orders: Free shipping on selected destinations

No minimum order quantity is required.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Modify or Cancel an Order

You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at hello@varrela.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
